Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperDraw website, progressive web app and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by the SuperDraw operator ("SuperDraw", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. We may ask you to verify your age or identity at any time and may suspend accounts that do not.
3. Your account
You sign in using your email or a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping access to your email or provider account secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
4. Store credit & points
Store credit ("Credit", shown in RM) and points are in-platform balances used to open draws and redeem items or rewards. We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, or abuse.
5. Draws, odds & fairness
A draw opens a box and returns a randomly selected item. Outcomes are determined by chance using a provably-fair HMAC-SHA256 method (server seed, client seed and nonce); the server seed hash is published before each draw and revealed after so you can verify the result. Item names, images and values shown in the app are for reference only and may vary. We may adjust boxes, their contents, rewards and pricing from time to time.
6. Prizes: ship or sell
Items you win are held in your Bag. For each item you may (a) request shipment of the physical item to a valid address, subject to stock, shipping fees and delivery timelines, or (b) sell it back to us for store credit at the rate shown. Once an item is sold back or a shipment is dispatched, the action cannot be reversed. Physical fulfilment may be handled by us or third-party suppliers.
7. Top-ups & payments
You may add store credit through the payment methods offered in the app. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by paying you also agree to their terms. Top-ups are used to obtain store credit and, except where required by law, are final and non-refundable once credit is added to your account. We do not store full card or banking details.
8. Referral programme
If you invite a friend using your personal invite link, and that friend registers through your link and makes a qualifying deposit, you may earn commission equal to 0.3% of that friend's subsequent draw spend, credited to your wallet as store credit. Commission applies to direct referrals only (no multi-level earning), starts only after the referred friend has deposited, and is totalled and credited daily. There is no sign-up bonus. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and other abuse forfeit all referral rewards. We may change or end the programme, or adjust rates, on notice.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use bots, scripts or exploits; attempt to manipulate odds, balances or the provably-fair system; create multiple or fake accounts; use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose; or infringe our or others' rights. We may suspend or close accounts and void balances obtained through prohibited conduct.
10. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, catalogue, odds, pricing or rewards at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount of store credit in your account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Responsible play
You must be 18 or older to use SuperDraw. Please draw responsibly. If you or someone you know needs support, contact the Malaysian Mental Health Association.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
